Victoria F. Thomas, the eldest
of three children, was born in Boligee, Alabama where her father
Ernest Clark resides, but reared in Chicago, Illinois. by her
mother, Annie B. Thomas who went home to heaven August 2 2012
Brought up in church by her mother. She honored her parents as an
author combining her two books, (Thomas Clark), for she loves them
dearly. Cherishes her beautiful sister Zolita, 6.4 handsome brother
Randy and her nephews, Markell along with the new addition 2011)
cute baby Ryan.
Victoria married into the Scales family (thus, where the name was
during the publishing of her first book. Divorced in 1999, no
children became of the union.
Victoria was born again during the year of 1977 after hearing the
great Evangelist R. W, Schambach In 1981 made the decision to live
fully for the Lord and serve him with her whole life.
In 1985, Victoria Moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, became
employed with PTL. Joined Word of Faith under Pastor Ed Adams, which
is where she received the fullness of the Holy Spirit and learned
who she was in Christ. Birthing into her the Knowledge that God was
calling her to teach the Word of God to the Body of Christ. In 1987,
she followed the Lord’s leading to attend Rhema Bible Training
Center in Tulsa Oklahoma. After graduating, she continued her
education at Oral Roberts University in 1990.
The Lord has opened doors for her to share the word in Mexico,
Guatemala, Korea, Africa, Belize, and the Philippines, while hosting
and speaking at various health seminars in a number of cities with
in the United States.
Since the spring of 1992, Victoria has made Atlanta, Georgia her
home and became a member of World Changers Church International led
by Dr. Creflo A. Dollar Jr. In September of that same year she
enrolled in (MED) Ministers of Education class, a two-year school of
Ministry where she and 98 students graduated in December 1994 at
that time God birth Spirit, Soul and Body Ministries, Which was
incorporated in 1995. Received non-profit 501 (c) (3) in March of
2004.
While at World Changers she had the opportunity of being employed
there, served in the tape department, mailroom, pioneered the
aerobics department, leads corporate prayer and traveled with the
crusade team.
Victoria’s ultimate goal is to know God even more, while continuing
to please him. She was licensed and ordained as a minister by the
late Pastor Percy and Catherine Roberson in 1996 under New Life
Trinity Holiness Church in Chicago Illinois.
Victoria currently is a member of Exciting First Assembly of God
since 2005 in Griffin Georgia, under Pastor Randy Valimont, actively
involved with the nursing home ministry, altar care worker, home
bible group leader and prayer room.
Victoria has spent over 18 years as a wellness professional. Now
serving as a Chaplain, after completion of CPE College of Pastoral
Supervision and Psychotherapy at Piedmont Henry Medical Hospital and
ACPE Association of Clinic Pastoral Education Spiritual Care under
Emory Health Care both obtained in 2011.
Victoria has been graced with various awards, achievements
recognitions speaking engagements and TV appearances.

Her credentials include various group nutrition, dietetics and
personal training fitness certifications. Self-defense, Georgia
Games, Health and Human Services. Flight training, American Women’s
Business Association, CPR Instructor, Safety Counsel, 2005-2006
Who’s Who Directory of Successful Executives and Professionals
membership on the American Governor’s Council. Recently awarded a
certificate Citizens Police 2011 and Sheriff’s Police Academy 2012.
Obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Natural health 2007. Accepted at
Luther Rice Seminary and University in 2011 and graduated with her
Masters of Arts in Christian Studies in 2014.
